Participant terms

1. Who can take part
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country that is currently active in the programme. You confirm adulthood only; we never collect your date of birth.
2. Your own documents and device
You may only use your own genuine, valid identity document, your own proof-of-address document where requested, and your own device. Using another person's document, or allowing another person to complete a test for you, ends your participation and any pending reward.
3. Where your documents go
Document images, selfies, liveness recordings, chip contents and document numbers are submitted only inside the Prosopic verification journey. This panel records operational details only, such as your country, document category, approximate document generation, device model and test status.
4. Participation rewards and legal status
Participation rewards are offered by DW Dynamic Works Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE136001U, referred to as the "Programme Operator". A reward is payable for the genuine, complete and good-faith performance of an assigned test in accordance with the applicable instructions, subject to validation and approval by the Programme Operator. Payment is based on valid completion of the assigned test and is not conditional upon the Prosopic verification producing a PASS result. A properly completed test producing a FAIL, REVIEW, RETRY or other unsuccessful verification outcome may remain fully eligible for payment. Registration with the programme does not guarantee that any test assignment will be offered. Each participant remains free to accept or decline any assignment, and no minimum number of assignments, working hours, rewards or future opportunities is guaranteed.
6. Independent participation
Participation is undertaken on an independent and assignment-by-assignment basis. Nothing in these terms creates or is intended to create any relationship of employment, worker status, agency, partnership, joint venture or representation between the participant and the Programme Operator. The participant is not subject to fixed working hours, is not integrated into the Programme Operator's workforce and has no authority to enter into commitments, incur liabilities or make representations on behalf of the Programme Operator. Participation rewards constitute compensation for completing specific testing assignments. They are not salary, wages, holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, severance pay or any other employment-related remuneration or benefit. Nothing in these terms limits any employment, worker, consumer or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. The legal nature of the relationship remains subject to any mandatory law applicable to the circumstances of the participation.
7. Taxation and withholding
The participant is responsible for determining, declaring and paying any income tax, social insurance contribution, levy, duty or other amount that may apply to participation rewards in the participant's country of residence or tax jurisdiction. The Programme Operator may request information reasonably required for legal, accounting, tax, payment or regulatory purposes. The Programme Operator may deduct or withhold amounts from a reward where required by applicable law and will provide any legally required record of such deduction or withholding.
8. Electronic acceptance
By selecting the applicable acceptance box, accepting a test assignment or participating in the programme, the participant confirms that they: • are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; • have read and understood these terms and the applicable Privacy Notice; • agree to be legally bound by the version of the terms presented at the time of acceptance; • will use only their own genuine and valid documents when completing an assigned test; • understand that each test assignment may contain additional requirements, compensation and acceptance conditions. The Programme Operator will retain an electronic record of the accepted terms, their version and the date and time of acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, each accepted test assignment and any contractual or non-contractual dispute, claim or obligation arising out of or in connection with the programme shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional right or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms, an assignment, a participation reward or the participant's involvement in the programme. Nothing in this governing-law and jurisdiction clause deprives a participant of any mandatory protection available under the law that would apply in the absence of this clause, including any non-excludable rights arising under applicable consumer, employment, data-protection or private-international-law rules.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found by a competent court or authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable. If this is not possible, the affected provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or ask for your account to be deleted. Some operational records are kept in anonymised form where financial or audit retention requires it.
