How the testing works
You test a real identity-verification journey the way a genuine customer would, then tell us what happened. Nothing about your documents is stored in this panel.
1. Apply with your email
We send you a sign-in link. There is no password and no application fee — we never ask you to pay for anything.
2. Complete a short profile
Around five minutes. You tell us your country, which kind of identity document you hold, whether you can produce a proof-of-address document, and which phone or computer you would test on. No document is uploaded.
3. We review and match you
A coordinator checks your profile. When a test needs your country, document type and device, you get an invitation showing exactly what to do and what it pays.
4. Accept the test
The reward is shown before you accept and is locked to that test from the moment you accept it. If you cannot do it, decline — declining costs you nothing.
5. Run the verification journey
You open the Prosopic verification journey from your assignment and complete it with your own genuine document and your own device. Your document only ever goes into that journey.
6. Report what happened
You answer a short structured report: which steps passed, which failed, how long it took and anything that went wrong. A reviewer checks the report, then your reward is authorised.
What to expect
- One test usually takes 15 to 40 minutes including the report.
- You must be at least 18 and use only your own genuine document.
- A failed or referred verification result is still a valid, paid test if you followed the instructions.
- Abandoning a test halfway, without a platform problem, is not paid.
- Rewards are reviewed before payment; the review and payment window is shown on every assignment.
