What Prosopic is
Prosopic is the faster way for regulated businesses to verify people and get them onboard sooner.
Prosopic, by Dynamic Works, combines AI-powered document checks, NFC identity extraction and biometric verification into one onboarding experience, built into the Syntellicore CRM ecosystem. As a panel tester you run those journeys end to end on your own device, with your own genuine documents, and tell us exactly where they work and where they do not.
What you will be testing
NFC identity extraction
Reading data directly from the secure chip in biometric passports and ICAO-compliant ID cards, cryptographically verified at the source rather than from a photo.
Document scanning
Machine-readable zone and document capture across TD1, TD2 and TD3 formats, including awkward lighting and worn documents.
Face match and liveness
Matching the live person against the biometric photo from the chip, with liveness and anti-deepfake checks.
Desktop and mobile hand-off
Starting on a desktop webcam and continuing on a phone by QR code, and everything in between.
Address verification
Guided capture of a proof-of-residence document inside the same journey, with no separate process.

Journeys differ by jurisdiction, risk level, document type and brand, which is exactly why we need testers in many markets.
Enterprise-grade security
Built for regulated businesses from the ground up
Every layer of Prosopic treats security as a first principle, from chip communication protocols to biometric data handling. That is also why this panel never receives your identity data.
Cryptographic verification
Chip data is validated against issuing-authority certificates, back to the country's root certificate.
Biometric integrity
Liveness detection prevents photo and video spoofing, and synthetic face presentations are analysed and rejected.
Data protection

What taking part involves
You must be 18 or over
Adulthood is confirmed by you. We never ask for your date of birth.
Your own genuine documents
You test with your own valid identity document and, where a test needs it, your own proof-of-address document.
Your documents stay inside the verification journey
This panel never receives document images, document numbers, chip data, selfies or liveness recordings.
Paid for the test, not the result
The reward is for running the assigned test correctly and reporting it accurately, whether verification passes or fails.
Country, document and device matter
Invitations are matched to your country, document type, channel and the device you would test on.
Documents are destroyed within 3 months
All documents will be destroyed no later than 3 months from submission.
How your information is handled
This panel records only operational details: your country, the category of document you hold, the device you would test on, and the status of your assignments and rewards. Identity data stays inside the Prosopic verification journey.
Rewards are a participation incentive, not employment. You remain responsible for any tax that applies where you live.
